
Our story

The company was founded on 19 June 1981 under the name Crespo, Silva & Dias, Lda. In 2006 it increased its share capital to 150,000 euros, changed its name to CORRECTA Construções, Lda and changed its market positioning, focusing on offering civil construction solutions, metalworking and special projects for the public sector, ports, dams, floodgates and others.In 2015, in response to the economic downturn following the subprime crisis, it felt the need to expand into France and took on the commercial acronym CORRECTA GROUP, in anticipation of its strategy to diversify its business. In 2017, it reinforced its commitment to outsourcing its business to France, embodied in a Business Plan that chose the Bordeaux/Marseille axis as the area to focus on. In 2020, it opened a branch in France, further strengthening its commitment to this market and increasing its share capital to 500,000 euros.In 2021, it changed its name to CORRECTA Metal Lda, a name that allows it to be better identified with its market.Also in 2021, it received the distinction of PME Lider and registered the acronym and symbol internationally.
In 2022, it again receives the PME Lider distinction and ISO 9001 certification from Bureau Veritas. In 2023, it renews the PME Lider 23 distinction and receives Qualibat certification to add to its other distinctions.
